McNeese is a great university for internships and careers. We provide internships for students where they can get experience -- hands-on experience in the workforce, and they can earn course credit and oftentimes even get paid. It's a great chance to get your foot in the door. You can meet with employers, you can network with professionals in your future field, which often leads to mentoring opportunities as well. As a McNeese graduate, you're going to have ample opportunities for a good career opportunity. There's over 30 facilities in this area, there are major chemical, petrochemical operations, and we've witnessed investment of over $50 billion in the last five years. So there's a lot of activity centered around our particular curriculums. McNeese has a lot of connections in local industry -- some of those being manufacturing, refining, gaming, healthcare, financial services -- things of that nature. We've had students get opportunities in California to Florida for internships, full-time careers in New Zealand, Germany... There's a lot of different opportunities that we can connect you with at McNeese. We are structured for a more practical education. McNeese graduates have a reputation of being ready when they come out, much more practical hands-on. I think after a year or two, you're going to lock in on something that really interests you and that's going to benefit you in your career.
